That alone would not have allowed him to use it though, even Evolt was shocked by the fact and instantly assumed Banjou had somehow managed to regrow some of the genetic material he took back from him when he possessed him.

It is not unusual for willpower to allow the "impossible" in the franchise though, either way it was probably not just due to the bottle being made from his essence, in before we get a power of the human spirit cliche, mind you I like cliches.

Riders seem to require Evolt to mess with their genetic code in order to become riders in this world, but I assume that for Banjou, Evolt never had to do anything with it since he was born with part of his, he just removed it, but his body likely did regrow it as Evolt assumed, the bottle being made from Banjou likely helped or worked as a catalyst.

I say world since we know Build does not exist in the same dimension as most of the previous seasons.
