I can picture the formula on how X can get the Lupins to reveal their identities to the Patorangers AND get them to truly work together at the same time.

For civilian identities:
Lupin-X: He'll be wearing a silver tux like the others, but also wears a mask to hide his full face & a monocle.
Patren-X: He'll be wearing a police or detective-like suit in gold. He could get a job working at the Lupin's restaurant.

LupinYellow & Patren3: Those two will be the easiest for him to turn them around. But what kind of scenario? They'll be the first one's to know his intentions, but swore they won't tell the others about it.

LupinBlue & Patren2: Those two will be in the middle. But when hearing from X about LupinYellow's identity, he'll feel mixed feelings, despite falling in love. But what kind of scenario? They'll share the same secret with LupinYellow & Patren3.

LupinRed Patren1: They'll be the last one's on X's list. Though those two will be difficult to convince them to throw away their prides. Yet Patren1, will refuse to join X's cause and rather see him & the Lupinrangers behind bars for the deception. But during a fight between the two Reds, they'll learn all this was a trial for them to surpass.
