I wanna make a Live Action Role Playing Game, about Tokusatsu.

It’s basically an entire world where tokusatsu heroes and villains both actual and original, can fight, work together, and basically, whenever players think up.

I need help with Synopsis of characters, Rules, who everyone is going to be, and places to meet.

One rule I ask of, is that groups of players of every kind have a record book, of all the adventures made, and one supporting character that has possession of said record book, and pauses the game to have more time to quickly record events, so in later adventures, the group can reference a past adventure’s events, to make a new adventure.

This could be a discussion about the game, meaning just to chat and become friends.
