And aren't all of the bottles created by humans, anyway? Sento has been creating bottles the entire show from Smash essences. Or are these Lost Bottles just special?

From what the show seems to have said, the Lost Bottles are different. The main 60 are made from purifying Smash essences that relate to Evolt's power that he lost on the Martian attack. The lost are made purely by humans. If I had to guess, I'd say it was either by experimenting on Nebula Gas to change its properties in some way, or trying to cook up a substitute.
