Don't know how interested people are in this, but I found a pack and went through it! Here is the review!

I'm at something of a loss as to how they picked their images!

Many look like screen-grabs, but not all of them!

As you will notice from the included images, the back of each card shares its image with the box cover!

I cannot say if there are any differences between packs!

There is no Finster, Bulk and Skull, Ernie, Season 1 Putty, Season 3 Zords, or White Ranger! The only representation for Season 3 is Rito (not pictured)!

Notice from the images below: Captain Golem from Zyuranger is included, Trakeena from Lost Galaxy is strangely included, and the Terror Toad is the only Monster to be included!
