Parallel universes were a thing in Heisei Generations Final and is likely being used again as set up for Zi-O. Which is surprisingly good set up tbh considering how early it started.

Anyway this episode. The calm before the storm. Evolt charismatically just going "Sup, I'm a space alien and imma kill you all" on live television was great, the scene of everyone running away while the heroes emerge from the masses fo confront Evolt was fucking great, Evolt just randomly murdering people to drive the heroes nuts is incredibly chilling, Kazumin getting called out by Sento for the 'get gassed' scheme was cold, seeing Kazumin suffer was heartbreaking, seeing Gentoku mope about with noodles and shirts was dumb fun and Greese Blizzard. Whew. That is a beautiful form, especially as normal Grease never really clicked with me
