I don't and neither should you. I'm not afraid to show off the hobbies and interest that I enjoy. As long if you don't shove it into other people faces or being a total jackass about it, you should be good to go.

Watching & liking A kids' show, movie, video game, book, etc as an adult is perfectly fine. While I'm not into kids stuff like some people here, but I do have a fair share of stuff aim to kids and teens that I enjoy (I won't be on this site if I didn't).

I think the reason most adults today give people flack about people liking Power Rangers as an adult is because people are raised to give up on childish things at a certain age if you want society to accept you. Most causal adults watch stuff like The Walking Dead, CSI, Law & Order, Game of Thrones, West World, Empire, etc because they feel like it is less geeky and childish to them compare to something like Power Rangers.

I feel like an adult liking children stuff would be a problem if they only watch and like children stuff and nothing else. That would not be a very healthy thing to do and you should have other adult hobbies & interest as well. I will say the same thing if someone who is a total edgelord that only likes edgy shit and nothing else.

As long if you like Kamen Rider, Super Sentai and Power Rangers in a good moderation and are balancing your viewing & habits out with a variety of stuff other than Kamen Rider and Super Sentai, it's totally fine. If you have adult responsibilities and interest than no one should care because you are paying your bills, taxes and other stuff that you keep yourself alive in this current world.
