One chapter is about gang activity in mmpr and VR troopers.phil states that the rangers and troopers are part of the same classes in their respective high schools. The VR troopers are already out of school before the beginning of the series.

I have, but I don't like thinking about it! From what I gathered, he "supports" his position with bad information or early-in-production information (like scenes of bully-beating that were planned and possibly filmed, but didn't make it to final product)!! Emphasis on "propaganda"! There were a lot of people who complained back then, and usually it wasn't confined to just one thing! I try not to put too much into it!
