Sentou will remain as Taro Satou with Takumi Katsuragi’s mind, but the other universe will have un-fused versions of Taro and Katsuragi so all three will exist, similarly the Gentoku and Kazumin of the other world will take the place of the ones that died in ours, and since they won’t have had the same journey with the cast they won’t recognize them.

Likely this. It's very "Gall Force" and "Eyes of Mars" and similar. But then will hint at some deja vu/memories carried over. Some more than others. So they can keep Grease and other riders for cameos in later stuff. Though Grease in particular, it might be more interesting to pull him in through a later feature cameo in something where they need him to become Grease again and he has no memories of it. Or, his memories come back entirely. They will leave on a feel good finale though, likely aiming to make audiences cry tears of joy.

Rethinking about that. A lot of Build does seem like references to "Eyes of Mars."

Otoya's actor is the Sean Bean of Kamen Rider. So you might want to get used to that.
