Sentou will remain as Taro Satou with Takumi Katsuragi’s mind, but the other universe will have un-fused versions of Taro and Katsuragi so all three will exist, similarly the Gentoku and Kazumin of the other world will take the place of the ones that died in ours, and since they won’t have had the same journey with the cast they won’t recognize them.

But I hope that in the end they at least hint that some of their memories have carried over in some way.

Eh, it's kind of unclear how things will work for Sento in the new universe if they're going with a merge. He's really not any kind of fusion, he's literally just Katsuragi, so presumably he should just merge with the other Katsuragi. But since they of course can't really do away with Inukai, I guess they may use his weird technically-beyond-humanity status to keep him separate. Things get more complicated considering the Tsunagears stuff we see in the Zi-O cameo, though, since there's no real reason for Sato Taro's stuff to pop up now.
