that's because people focuses on the bad parts of the revealed staff. But they have their good parts too.

Shimoyama wrote Ninninger (bad) but he is also one of the guy who did GoRider (which was a good mini series. Except for the silly final fight, he was good at handling the returning riders. Which maybe was a decisive factor on choosing him for an anniversary series).

Shirakura (producer) is known for being responsible of the Hibiki fiasco, but he is also one of the guy we have to thank for Amazons S1 which was well received by the majority of us.

At this point it can be anything, not necessarily bad.
But maybe it's more safe to assume it's bad and be pleasantly surprised later on.
