If the new world really is ALL NEW PEOPLE and it was pulled from other universe, than that universe LOST its earth. That is slightly catastrophic to the solar system there.

What I think happen is that that Earth is created as a clone of the build earth, the whole information of it, people, geology, temporal imprints, warts and all, but removing EVOLT's influence to the information. As if it was a pre-quest save.

Why Sentou and Banjou can still exist in that universe is because THEY WERE IN THE GAP when the information from the Build Earth was merged with the Clone Earth. They were not rewritten.

Now for build team on the clone earth, they all have merged memories, kinda like when you combine two layers on photoshop. The resulting image is fixed, that's why you can still see everyone is kinda the same but doesn't have evolt influence. Really, Misora's dad is an ASTRONAUT for god's sake, that fact can't be erased since it's pre-Evolt, so why is he running a cafe?

Why on earth Kasumi still end up with this three friends/underlings?

And why on Earth Sawa is still a journalist?

That's because the new Earth is made from the memories of the old Earth Pre-Evolt combined with selected memories and extrapolated projections from Build Earth.

Like, what if there is no Evolt but Sawa still exist? What will her projections be?

The merging process make her still a spy/journalist but not chasing Kamen Rider's story. Gentoku is still a government officer but with more flirt and less evil plan.

With Sentou retaining memories of the two layers, maybe he can reconstruct their Build memories if the need arise.

there is no way the dead are ressurected if they pull the original to what I assume is exaid+previous rider worlds in movie wars. Also, then there no point in wiping their memories then. It's not entirely a happy ending if you overthink about it. i think it wasnt the writer original intention, but they need to accomodate zio and the summer movie. i wish they tease RD form as a suit instead of cgi. 4 repaint-rogue, grease, banjo, and RD toys coming soon.
It's like one of those anime or drama where the main characters is okay with clone or twin version, but they cop out with 2 banjo, which make things more happier, but confusing. Maybe katsuragi's family will return in the future since we have more special, movie, and zio since satou taro is there. I rather they make everyone remember if they're ressurected since we have 2 banjo and the rest with no memories since they're no longer the original venison of our beloved characters.

Gentoku is pretty much rogue side story special Gentoku that have a lot of hidden fashion pervertedness that hasn't been unleashed yet. He's the shy and awkwardly reserved one.
Genius was a waste and didn't get a whole lot of shining besides beating mad rogue. It isn't physically attractive or impressive in battle use as well. I guess RD is the true ultimate form now.
