It’s usually first ordered first served
HLJ are pretty good on campaign items if you preorder in the first batch they put up, Ive had things like the Ex Aid Eyecon, Proto Mighty Action X Gashat etc etc
If all else fails wait like a month or two and hit up Mandarake as they usually have Campaign items in for affordable prices
