It's both. This is still a kids show, and it'll be included on kid platforms. So they couldn't over do it for the adult fans. It is still an episode of Ninja Steel.

Our media sticks to the comics for now and we'll be getting better toys. But give Hasbro some time to get situated in the new acquisition and we may have more material coming for older fans around or after the next movie.

Like I've said before, don't expect any major overhauls on Power Rangers until at least after Beast Morphers. With likely full impact of the acquisition starting in the series after the series after Beast Morphers. Right now it's still mostly the carryovers from Saban handling stuff though now they have new bosses.

So right now:
Beast Morphers.
Next series - Likely Kyu footage using series.
Hasbro full acquisition impacted series. - Toei hasn't made this series yet.
