According to scans, patranger were the ones that suppose to use the new arm and gain a new weapon as well, but the show decide to screw it since the final quarter scan I guess X is taking the final powerup for patrolred anyway, so they're demoting him them even more as the joke. I've seen reviews praising the story and the actions, but seriously it's all filler for the last few months. We are still playing the Lupin secret identity card despite lupin X debut could have fixed it. It would be nice if they're two goodstriker or clone version like gekiviolet. I mean the ice monster that killed off the 3 important people of lupinrangers lives barely did anything. His actor was kikaider, so at least give him more role since he's feature in the opening. Kogure and the villains like always are just sitting back waiting for the 40 episode mark hit before they reveal the end game. The toys aren selling well and I know it's a contrast to Kamen rider seriousness to have sentai a bit more fillerish.
