Future just sounds like a placeholder for possible new Riders or forms, there are better ones for an ultimate form though like "Singular", "MAX" and "Millennium".

You're probably right about "Future" being a placeholder. "Millenium" shows the year 2000 (Sougo's birth year), and I remember reading a plot summary which says Sougo is called "Millenium Children". So I guess it's highly possible this is a power up. I'm not sure if it's the Final Form since all past Riders' Final Forms have the word "Fin" follow them, but "Millenium" is followed by "2000"
