It's not really a perfect loop. Sento and Banjo initially lose their memories and powers due to the Another Rider, but afterwards even with the Another Rider destroyed they're still lost for some other reason (which will be explained in the future according to 2.5), although the episode implies that it's related to Zi-O and it's outright stated by Geiz to be part of the timeline that leads to Oma Zi-O. Sogo believes they will become Riders again though and we do have a movie in a few of months with Build and Zi-O together again...
