I was thinking that too. At 60-80 for a complete set, that's not bad. 50-55 at a complete set might be a little on the cheap side too.

But also without knowing the materials it's made out of is definitely part of it. At the current costs, it feels like there's more to the product than mentioned. And it's painted gorgeously to exact detail too. So premium paint apps probably are part of the cost too besides whatever materials they used.

Licensing fees and other collector market stuff probably did up the price some too. And they may have invested more in development to pay their design crew too. But that cost makes that design from a 'will buy' to a 'have to win the lottery to buy'.

So it's definitely on my wish list, but so are the Fate figures, for a time I get extra money to the point I don't have to pay attention to what I spend.

As it is, Desktop Army/Megahouse is already about to start taking chunks of my collector hobbyist spare cash.

Ugh, my shopping list keeps growing and growing. Japan and Hasbro sure know how to convince me to spend money.
