This one feels..I dunno, instead of a celebration of another decade of Riders, its more concerned with trying to wipe out history.

Of course maybe this is all a build up to a grand reveal that Oma Zi-O is not Sougo, and those statues are the actual Riders who needs to be freed. That would be a nice twist to see Sougo laying the seeds to making that happen without knowing.

It would actually be kinda cool if he ends up actually being the main villain for the show, and the real hero another character.

Though I do not think that will happen.

That said we do have precedent with main riders not being the final hero for their season so who knows.
