When Sougo got the Build & Cross-Z watches, Geiz said Build's HISTORY dissapeared, which means not only Sento as a Rider was erased, but everything related to his story. We can assume that in the current timeline, the Pandora Box never came to earth and is still on mars, Kuroto never discovered Bugster virus, etc

Though I do not think that will happen.

That said we do have precedent with main riders not being the final hero for their season so who knows.

I doubt Sougo will be the final villain, but I totally expect him to nearly turn evil at some point and Geiz will fight him
