They've shown multi-nods like that before in the show including mixing english words in the reasoning.

They have to. They need the exact rider to defeat the another rider, and the original rider ceases to exist when the another rider comes into existence. Therefore, Armor Time is the only way. Den-O can't defeat another Rider Den-O because he ceases to exist when the Another Rider begins to exist. The belt or the belt's power goes poof.

As revealed so far, the only other way is to have a Time Jacker remove the Another Watch when they are reverted to human. So yeah, we'd have to see the Armor Times for W and Den-O for their another riders to be defeated. That's short of having the original rider murder the human form when they are reverted, but that's way too dark for even Kamen Rider. Time Jackers freeze time when they insert the another watches, so even time travel to try and avert it won't work.

Kabuto is likely the only exception to this because of clock up. But even then, so long as the another rider happens far enough away from Kabuto, it's a non-issue and his zector and the Worms will disappear. The same is what would happen to Den-O or W. The second their another riders appear, their belts and memories disappear. So the only remaining bit of the "rider power" is the armor time.

And yes, the movie is in continuity to the series, so the suits carryover. It's a great excuse to extend the tv side's budget. So the suits will carryover to the series too. Now that also depends if there's a reason for them to use it in show. But they likely will if they are fun enough(like how Geiz favors the Faiz watch now). Probably depends on how annoying Momo is to the others. I could see that one becoming the "No you take it" ride watch.

They aren't going to play fast and loose with the rules in Zi-O. They've been too detail oriented to do that. Build had other excuses, but that was also Q3/Q4. Not Q1/Q2.
