As revealed so far, the only other way is to have a Time Jacker remove the Another Watch when they are reverted to human. So yeah, we'd have to see the Armor Times for W and Den-O for their another riders to be defeated.

We're getting Build as the costar in this movie even though he has been erased though. Temporary or not, they will find a way to reverse the effects of the Another/Ride Watches and very soon. So, it wouldn't be impossible to get W and Den-O defeating their own Another Riders. Although in W's case that's unlikely because they'll want to advertise the W Armor (unless that pops up in the tv show somehow even without a W arc).

Anyway, I really doubt there's any bigger plan behind the show to change things up for the future like that. Even different producers have completely different ideas about "continuity", like how Omori (Drive, Ex-Aid, Build) has talked about a Rider World and how "World B" from Build's finale was that world. Meanwhile, you have Shirakura (producer of most early Heisei series, and now Zi-O) who has recently talked about how every Rider is its own standalone world and Zi-O is an exception where they all exist in a single world. Basically, there seems to be no continuity enforced from a level higher than main producer, and different producers seem to have different ideas about continuity (or the lack of it).
