We've got a few options

SHF Saga was shown off in like 2010 and was never seen again.

Shinkocchou Seihou DiEnd was shown like 3 years ago and hasn't seen the light of day either, though that's not as bad since he at least has a Figuarts, as outdated and obsolete as it may be.

Of course there's also Ryuki's contract monsters and Gaim's movie Riders, but I don't think anybody is losing much sleep over those.

Maximum Mighty could be the next candidate if we don't see him at the Tamashii Nations event, and it'd be especially memeworthy since they already have the mold for it.
