Well, SirenStriker currently are in Noel's possession so its possible if other Patrangers can uses this VS Vehicle in the future.

If Patranger can uses Lupinranger's Silver X Trains, why not if Patranger can uses SirenStriker especially this mecha are more suited for Patranger than Lupinranger.
