[Kiwami]

I think Kuuga's Rider Kick which nuked multiple city blocks is hard to beat. Really intense stuff, the episode was almost like one of those dramas where they evacuate people because a bomb is set nearby - except the bomb is a red bug man who blows up an evil turtle monster. Probably among the very few Rider Kicks / finishers who had an impact on the story and overall tone of the show as well.

As far as aesthetics go, Kiva's "Wake Up"-finishers are really cool. The base form with the leg being unsealed and Kiva flying into the air; as well as the one from Emperor-form with that badass Zanbat-sword.

Blade has pretty good ones too with the cards adding combo potential.

Oh, and Kabuto's Rider Kick is pretty slick! Facing the enemy with your back and roundhouse kicking the everlasting crap out of them once they are right behind you is pretty amazing. I like Dark Kabuto's Rider stomp from that one videogame too.

There are lots and lots more but I think for sheer impact I'm gonna go with Kuuga, and Kiva takes it with the visuals.

That one I don't quite like. Saga jumping through the bat signal is too silly. He has a shortened version without it that works much better, but I still think it's a bit lackluster.
