None of the upgrade forms shown here are for the Rider's final form. They're all mid-tier upgrades: Sparking, Grateful, and Mighty Bros. XX. Grateful appeared a little later in Ghost, but still wasn't the ultimate form. This is only second-quarter stuff; I suspect we won't see the likes of Mugen Damashii, Wizard Infinity, Genius, etc. until the third or fourth quarter, probably with yet another new upgrade toy; something like "Decade Complete RideWatch."

(Sougo does already have OOO TaJaDor, but his ultimate form has always been a little debatable.)

I'd imagine if we got this-tier upgrade for other Riders, it'd be Kachidoki (or even Jimba), Type Formula, Fang/Joker, etc.
