Anyway, enough ranting, Jinga is where Inoue shines and his real signature work. However, I do enjoy the action more in decade than zio given the cgi and vfx didn't improve a whole lot tv wise. Also, heard Hibiki actors are doing something together, so maybe they can be reunited again in ZiO. I believe if ohma zio is kill off early, then in the present every riders will regain their memories, so we can see legendary riders again in the later quarters.

Decade was still new at that time and getting the past actors are harder since Rider actors tend to be more successful than Sentai actors in some cases.

Plus in Gokaiger it was actually a miracle they were able to get many returning actors because they weren't planning for that originally, only those who have a mecha will get a representation (Dekaranger, Gaoranger, etc). The actors contacted Toei to make a cameo in order to support and cheer up children and fans after the 2011 earthquake happened.
