I can totally see the reveal that Another Woz's timeline is another flavor of bad future, with a 1984 esque dystopia where it looks nice on the surface, but it's actually filled to the brim with surveillance and brainwashing of the populace to prevent the possibility of another individual like Oma Zi-O.
