Alrighty so where do we start?
The characters got some extra focus this time as we learned Kou is kinda dumb, Melt is extremely excitable about stuff important to him and was pretty embarrassed when this was pointed out and Asuna's been a bit bratty when she pinched Kou's cheeks and demand he let go despite her being the one who started it. Good stuff. Ui's old man was actually surprisingly likable and our good look at who I assume is our main villain, Kreon/Kureon/Crayon (Hang on isn't Crayon the name of a prehistoric era?) showed they're childish yet pretty damn disturbing at the same time. The camera work was yet again brilliant and I want it to be Sunday already lmao. The fight scenes were also damn cool, be it the cinematography, the mobile Kishiryu-oh suit, the surprisingly mobile Tyramiga suit or the fact we had the team try to fight off a giant without a mech, I was constantly getting excited to see what would happen, so all in all, I'm still very optimistic about this season

That being said I'd have enjoyed the episode more if I didn't notice those goats getting it on in the background, yuck
