Unfortunately this episode is also brought down from a Good to Ok to me on the basis of giving us our second look at the brothers... and its them trying to murder Ui for the crime of unwillingly getting turned into the Minosaur's host.

But in all seriousness, that was a really dick move for the brothers to do. Yeah, in episode 1 we had Kou ready to bash Ui's head in with a sledgehammer named "Mind Wiper", but that was a gag centered around defying the audience's expectations of how he would wipe her memories, and I didn't hear any laugh track for this scene.

It's also not helpful the show doesn't portray any sort of nobility for this, even if killing the host is the right way to stop the monster, you'd think the show would've spun it like "The brothers are prepared to mercy kill a host if they're willing to die to stop the minosaur's growth.", but no we get "Ui's the minorsaur host?!" "Oh don't worry, I've got this. draws sword".

i haven't watched the episode, but maybe them being assholes is... the point? because it sounds like them being assholes is going to be the point and they're going to stop being assholes eventually.
