And the movie ending created another situation of timeline erased which was used in Zi-O for Ryoga.

So, not really the same people we knew overall, gotta love wacky time shenanigans.

But yeah, with a 3 episode count it is going to have to rush a few parts, for now I am giving Tezuka the benefit of the doubt, I wonder how the Zi-O crew will work into this, with Another Ryuki out and about they might require the Ryuki watch, but at the same time they have been shown flat out killing the Another with pure power so, difficult to say.
