Note that many Another Riders use repaints of the same base suit mold just with different helmet/chest and some changed details. The undersuit, gloves and boots of Another Wizard have been reused several times already for example, and then you get Another Quiz being a variation of that and Another Blade seemingly being a remold of Another Quiz (for the legs).

We are getting a lot of build up and foreshadowing that should pay off in the final arc though, like Swartz's plan, the reason for Woz's betrayal, Tsukuyomi's backstory, etc...

All Riders existing on a single world wasn't made up by Zi-O. Fourze episode 2 and all other crossovers we got since W had already shown them existing in the same world. You might dislike it, but you can't blame Zi-O for it.
