Everyone's already thrown out the more popular shows, so I'll throw out some more obscure recommendations.

1. Tomica Hero Rescue Force and Tomica Hero Rescue Fire. An attempt at making a none official sentai and quite successful, with it's own unique spin on the formula, especially since they are rescuers first and formost and beating the bad guys is only one way to rescue people rather than the primary goal.

2. Daimajin Kanon. A modern reimaging of a popular movie series. It's much more of an emotion drama in a toku setting, but incredibly good with lovable character that you wish you could actually be friends with and a surpisingly serious theme of being betrayed by those you loved and how to move on (or not in the case of the villain) afterwards.

3. Legend Heroes. A South Korean made toku that is simply amazing from begining to end. A mix of a Kamen Rider Ryuki like concept of a big battle for a wish combined with Super Sentai like mecha battles and managing to make do without monsters in the normal sense.
