I think Fourze needs to reinvent itself here as it approaches it's middle-of-the-show mark. Gen can only play the role of "I'm such a n00b and I am EVERYONE'S friend!" before it gets really old and stale. Gen needs to develop from what he is in to the role of unlikely hero ... he's still in the "I'm an obnoxious twit with a Kamen Rider belt!" stage as opposed to "I will defeat all my enemies no matter the cost" stage.

Hopefully with the coming of Virgo, Gen will start to mature...
But that's probably just wishful thinking...
