Eh I try to not think too hard about this tbh, everyone's overthinking this and your really not supposed to. And I feel like that's been why people don't like Zi-O, everyone's expecting a time travel plot to explain everything about the mechanics.

No, just sit back, go along for the ride and have some fun. Not everything needs to have insane logic behind it. Your just hurting yourselves if you keep trying to keep track of everything.

Also I don't trust Speed Subs anyway to give us a decent idea of what's going on. Rider Time is good for a sub fix, but it's still kinda iffy to me. It's why I've been mostly silent on these episode things since I've been following the Over-Time releases.
