They went up and beyond with the cameos and that's all an anniversary season really needs, so I can't complain in that department.

The rest is a brain dead, stupid, boring mess. The characters don’t work, the story is laughably awful, and they spend way too much time tracking back and forward on character development. The amount of times Geiz and Tsukuyomi went form "We kill Sougo" to "We like Sougo" is ridiculous.

Beyond a few very well done tributes to past Rider shows there's nothing good to witness here. I feel like this is the kind of show were you can safely recommend the handful of episodes which are actually good and just skip the rest. A very lackluster sendoff to the Heisei era; which in of itself was amazing. Kinda sucks that it ends with a stinker but oh well, at least some of the tributes were fun and lots of recurring actors could shine once more.

To each their own, I don't think it's THAT bad, but it's not good either, but I take it for what it is. I might call it quits on Kamen Rider once Zi-O finishes, except for the Grease movie.
