He might be willing to sacrifice himself, and my guess is the same theory I had a while ago. He's intent on removing himself from all timelines so that Oma doesn't happen at all, Swartz doesn't obtain the power to collapse all the Rider Worlds, and all will be righted. Or that he only does that one timeline where he becomes the dark Oma Zi-O.
