In spite of the Watch being based on Grand, I think the suit will be based on Zi-O Oma Form, note the Watch on his forehead. It'd also make sense since an actual Grand Geiz likely would be very costly due to all the statues, which seems unlikely for a V-Cinema form, while with a Geiz Oma form-lookalike they can reuse some parts from Oma form.
