Even the stuff that's clearly there to sell merch (Hawkgatlinger, for instance, but the bottles in general) is done in such a charming, fun way that I don't even notice it until later. The way FullBottles are a reward/result of direct action heroism, rather than something that has to happen before defeating a villain, or an incidental occasional thing that may happen, just a super smart way of threading in the collectible for the year.

Oh, man, I can't imagine getting to see this directly after Fourze. That must've been a dream!

All the Miitan idol stuff is terrific. The sleepy asshole stuff, I wasn't digging it at first? But when it's the other side of High-Energy Internet Idol Who Has An Army Of Weird Dudes, then I find the sleepy asshole stuff more entertaining. It's a really compelling package for a character. It's a fun twist on Poppy from Ex-Aid.
