Still tracking down the mysteries of the power cards....figured out so many things, especially thanks to @Nadie_Yenka on Twitter for suggesting this method

First off, cropping out the side barcode, the top barcode is all that matters. Thus, this scans perfectly:



Next, I figured out the top barcodes are CODE 128-B barcodes. I copied shots of the barcodes to my phone and used them in Google Goggles, figuring out each bar code is an 8 character combination.

So, using this site: http://www.barcodesinc.com/generator/index.php at 300 width, 75 height and 2 pixel width, I was able to re-create the barcodes, thus this barcode:

One pattern you can quickly notice is the constant ***Z***A. However, the first 3 digits are actually the card numbers, with the Z and A staying constant. That means the second set of variable characters changes to match the card number. Which also means, if I'm right, there are 46,656 possible combinations to test out with each card number.

So, yeah. Fun.

Went through and found codes for a ton of the cards, and lined them up in order

I also found two new cards thanks to Megaforce Cast's pictures, another Gosei Great Megazord card and another Megaforce Red card. The Megaforce Red new clip looks really cool for those that can use the app. Take a scan:
