Also interesting that if they have a back-up of a humagears personality they can put it in a new body. That makes it less sad to see the Humagears destroyed like the one in the first episode.
The backup is not the same as the one that was destroyed though, which they made a slight mention to at the end when they said the sushi chef had to start over with a new model/version.
What the original learned was likely lost, we do not know how far back the backups for the humagear is, but their original is still lost.
The sushi bot would likely have eventually become a Magia candidate, the ones so far have been a bit further along the path of awakening emotions from what we have seen, the smiling when no one is looking seems to be a trait for them all so far, an act that would be pointless without a human looking at them otherwise.
