I look at the tournament structure as being advantageous to Nanba (I mean, Seito is almost beside the point) because it has at least the possibility of immediately ending the conflict in their favor, while still allowing them to ignore the results of they lose. Touto would happily go along with it because they're pretty much doomed without it. And for Seito's PM, he's got that crazy villain energy that can't see failure coming. I'm sure Nanba was whispering in his ear that victory was a lock.

Yeah, they could've made it more speedy. The Vortex Finish, where the leg telescopes out, pauses, then retracts into a heavy Rider Kick is a terrific visual. Made me laugh out loud. But, yeah, once he gets outside Kamen Rider Stadium it's like he's dipped in tar.

I usually don't love those Thesis Statement kinds of battle chats, but they were executed well this time. It came at the right time in the episode and the right time in the series. Plus it just felt so fresh, with the spotlight swinging in the arena and the unhenshined Riders. Those on-set projections were choice, and they completely drew me in. I love physical effects like that, and it's a strength that Kamen Rider has as a franchise.

Not a spoiler because I, uh, didn't notice. Shit! I don't have a music video for it in my folder, so I hope they play it in an episode where I can concentrate on it a little more.
