I just bought the Zero-One driver and Progrize key holder set for $206 CND but it says it won't arrive till Oct 4 at the earliest Nov 5 at the latest. The only other thing I bought from them took 2 weeks as well. I'm new to Amazon and haven't bought anything online in years from Japan. How common is this for Amazon. I use Amazon.ca if that helps.
