LIke uh... lets look at past examples Kyouryuu(dinosaur) has Ryu

I mean I get why people were hoping and such Knight Dragon squadron Dragonsoulger sounds dragon enough... and I recall seeing some people going "It said Ryu not Kyouryu" but I point those people to Bakuryuu- it says Ryuu not Bakukyouryuu"

So yeah Right now it can go any number of ways for the aspect. Of course its fun to try and speculate. For all we know we could still get a sports themed one (yes Shiny would be a better descriptive for medals than glittering but ohwell) Maybe the team are former athletes who were injured and all made deals with Demons/wished with a genie whatever have you to be able to compete yet again. Of course be careful what you wish for, self serving wishes accidentally unleash evil into the world and they are forced to become Kirameiger to stop them.

The thing with speculating about Ryusoulger at the time though was that it was clear we were getting something medieval or medieval-adjacent. And the most obvious/relevant assumption we could make with knights and reptiles based on the word kishiryu were dragons which was why probably a number of us and myself included was hyped at the possibility we finally could get an all-dragon team. Of course, in the end we got dino knights with medieval duplo robots and is essentially what Hurricanger was to Liveman, which I gotta say so far turned out to be a decent show in my opinion with a bit of Gingaman on the side.
As for the sports thing, even if it does not have any sports element I would not be surprised if they went Red-Blue-Yellow-Black-Green again because Olympics.

We already had female yellow, white, blue, silver, red, violet, and green rangers so yes, about time we got a female black ranger. Oh yeah, and a gold ranger for a split second in the Dekaranger movie, which still counts in my opinion.
