I found this episode to be fairly touching. Shunpei's arc continues to be the strongest of any of the characters, but Haruto had some actual character development too. Good fights as always, shame Wizard and Medusa didn't get to finish their match. I guess we'll have to wait for Water Dragon..

Previews for next week show that supposed Wiseman design from that magazine scan... this is pretty thin speculation but if he's being shown this early, in a episode preview no less, I don't think Wiseman is the ultimate boss. Perhaps Wiseman is not the White Wizard but merely works for him.

Or maybe the White Wizard isn't actually evil.
