Actually, the unpredictability isn't a point against Kabuto or for Den-O. It interferes with any form of flow Den-O has and Kabuto isn't one to get confused by his enemies.
The Den-Liner isn't playing a part in this battle because then they'd all be done by "Den-O gets on the Den-Liner. Because his opponent doesn't have a pass, he can't, so the fight ends."
And Kabuto pulls the Zector from time. He doesn't go find it, it comes to him. It can't be destroyed, and the Hyper Zector can pull a second Hyper Zector from another point in time. The Hyper Zector might as well qualify as pure energy, because as long as it existed once during history, it will always exist from then on.
