I'd like to say, it should have been Canalo who gets the HieHie Soul from the start. Pi-Tan is mostly hanging out with Oto so it would make far more sense to have Canalo have it.

And judging by the scan it seems like Canalo will be the main user of the armor anyway so it's pretty pointless to have Koh obtaining it in the first place.
