I've left Shapeways some messages this morning so of course I'm not going to get an immediate response.

I've even contacted this guy and of course the response has been "I've only referenced your work and you don't know what you are talking about".

I just saw this last night. At first I just got a "hmm they did that too, small world" to "I was looking through some old photos" minus the emo Peter Parker hair.

The Quake Hammer/ Tricera Shield as the same design. That's not possible. If I had to copy those designs, I couldn't do a one to one. I'd accidentally fix problems in the design.

Right now I'm just visiting the sites they are on and trying to expose them. Not Etsy though, that's all their own work.....probably.
