Since the 55th anniversary for the series is just 2 years away I can see them still banking on Legacy Ultras for powers, but I really want to see Ultraman doing other stuff as well. But unlike Sentai & Rider Ultraman aren't really free to have anything as a motif, at least not blatantly because you can say that Fuma could be considered the first ninja Ultraman, but design wise he doesn't resemble a ninja at all.

I would like them to take a risk, but it would really be divisive and potential franchise killer if they didn't. But if it weren't for Ryuki being so different Kamen Rider would've stayed Karate Bugmen for years (not that that's a bad thing, the opposite actually, but we'll never get the likes of Gaim and Ghost).

Then again it would be freaking awesome if next Ultraman would be ghost themed or something. Personally I want them to have another cyber theme, like X but fully digital, and since SSSS Gridman is a huge success it wouldn't be impossible if they didn't want to try and make another cyber-themed Ultra.
