How hard is it pop the shield one the green ranger

Well you'll have to remove the head which is designed to come off, but then you'll also need to take at least one arm off too. Doing so is a lot easier than you'd think. Just get some super hot water, microwave a cup of water for a minute or so to get the job done and pop the figure in there for a bit. Once you take it out the plastic is soft enough to pop basically any part off the figure that you want.
